Wellness Week
Wellness week is finally here and it is taking place from 10/3 to 10/7!! You can attend any of these events for an AED social credit. Please email or text Bella a picture of yourself at the social for attendance! Her email is Bella_McElroy1@baylor.edu and her phone number is 832-262-5896.
Candy Donation Pay-for-Credit LSE
The Pre-Health office is collecting candy donations for GW Carver and Indian Spring's Spooky Math and Science Event! There is a storage bin in the BSB pre-health office for students to drop off candy. Donations are due by October 5th at 5pm. Send a picture of the candy bag (must be a 50+ oz of candy) in the bin to Ariana_Vera1@baylor.edu to earn one pay-for-credit large service credit (only one LSE credit can be from a pay-for-credit event)! Tote Bag Painting Fundraiser
AED is collaborating with BMSA for a Tote Bag Painting Fundraiser this week! It is on Wednesday 10/5 from 6:15-7:15pm in the SUB Barfield Room. Admission to the event is $5 and it includes a tote bag and painting supplies. The proceeds will be donated to the National Alliance on Mental Illness in Waco!
Dog Walking Social
Our Dog Walking Social with PVMA will take place on Friday 10/7 from 5-6pm on Fountain Mall! We will have whipped cream cups for the dogs and ice cream for the dog owners!
New Member Auction
Come to the New Member Auction this Friday 10/7 from 6-8pm in the SUB Beckham room! The theme is Western so dress up in your best western gear and get ready to party! This is the second to last event you can attend for your New Member social credit, so come and support your new member class and get some free food.
Ironman Waco LSE
Full-distance and half-distance triathlon races will take place in Waco on 10/15 and 10/16. This competition is a fantastic world-class race, and it would be great to have AED volunteers there. Volunteers are needed in different areas, including medical tents and gear bag drops. If you’re interested, please do the following:

More Than Pink Walk 2022
This is an event to celebrate breast cancer survivors and support those currently living with it. The walk will take place on October 30th at 8:30am, and the distance is approximately 1 mile!
