General Meeting Dates
Our general meetings this semester will be from 7:30-8:30pm on 1/31, 2/14, 2/28, 3/20, 4/3, and 4/17! Go ahead and plan on putting those on your calendar so you can meet the GM requirement.
General Membership Form
Please make sure to fill out the General Membership Form by 11:59pm on the day of the second general meeting (2/14). This is a requirement for ALL General Members.
Service
Weekly Service Form and Updates
Thank you to those who have filled out the Weekly Service Form that was due on Friday! The Master Spreadsheet has been updated with the volunteer sites that you have been assigned to! Please reach out to Lexi (lexi_haviland1@baylor.edu) if you think anything is off.
Your weekly service chairs will be reaching out in the next few days to introduce themselves! If you have to attend an orientation for your organization–that will still contribute to your weekly hours. Please let me know if you have any questions at all!

Recruitment events: Come meet potential members at our events this week! Tell your friends!
Our schedule is:
Tuesday, January 23rd: Conversation Corners social at the SUB Den from 5:00-7:00pm. We will have interactive stations with snacks at each!
Thursday, January 25th: Game Night social at the SUB Den from 5:00-7:00pm
Important! We will have another recruitment event incentive this semester! For every prospective member you inform about a recruitment event, you will receive 1 raffle entry! The prospective member must list your name on the attendance sheet as we will be verifying their attendance. After our events, we will give away a Merch Credit (valued at $15 off) to one lucky winner! This is a super fun way to earn a social credit and possibly get some merch at a discount!
Scholarship Credits
New Member Interviews - Scholarship Credit Opportunity!
Please use the spreadsheet linked below to sign up to help with New Member Interviews! They will be taking place on January 30th and February 1st from 6-9 PM. You can receive one scholarship credit by signing up for four interview shifts or one check-in shift (and a maximum of one scholarship credit in total).

Check out the Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities at Fountain Mall (or inside the SUB if it rains) with Bitty & Beau’s Coffee and hot cocoa for free on Wednesday, Jan. 24th from 11-12:30pm!
AED Timetree Calendar
