Our general meetings this semester will be from 7:30-8:30pm on 1/31, 2/14, 2/28, 3/20, 4/3, and 4/17! Go ahead and plan on putting those on your calendar so you can meet the GM requirement.
Service
Weekly Service Form and Updates
It’s time to fill out the signup sheet with your two top choices for weekly service! Here is the link to the google form: Spring 2024 Weekly Service Signup Form. The signup form will close this Friday, January 19th at 11:59 PM. Please fill this out if you plan on being active this semester. To remain active: members will need to serve 10 hours at their respective volunteer site. Please reach out to Lexi (lexi_haviland1@baylor.edu) with any questions!
Liana has also contacted all applicants of Waco Family Medicine. Make sure to respond to her if she emailed you–so she can finalize scheduling. If you are volunteering at WFM, you do not need to fill out the Weekly Service Signup Form.
If you applied to Ascension Providence or are a returning volunteer, please email Mariele (mariele_patungan1@baylor.edu). If you are volunteering with Ascension, you do not need to fill out the Weekly Service Signup Form.
Scholarship Credits
Scholarship Credit Opportunity!
Please use the spreadsheet linked below to sign up for the first week of school tabling! It will be on January 22nd, 23rd, and 24th at the BSB from 10:00am-2:00pm! You can receive one scholarship credit by signing up for two 30-minute shifts (and a maximum of one scholarship credit in total).

Recruitment events: Come meet potential members at our events this week! Tell your friends!
Our schedule is:
Wednesday, January 17th: Interest Meeting at Foster 203 from 7:30-8:30pm
Tuesday, January 23rd: Conversation Corners social at the SUB Den from 5:00-7:00pm. We will have interactive stations with snacks at each!
Thursday, January 25th: Game Night social at the SUB Den from 5:00-7:00pm
Important! We will have another recruitment event incentive this semester! For every prospective member you inform about a recruitment event, you will receive 1 raffle entry! The prospective member must list your name on the attendance sheet as we will be verifying their attendance. After our events, we will give away a Merch Credit (valued at $15 off) to one lucky winner! This is a super fun way to earn a social credit and possibly get some merch!
AED Timetree Calendar
Here is the link to join our timetree calendar for the Fall semester! This will be great to use to keep up to speed with any events that we will be having. We will still be using the calendar on the website as well!
