Summer Spotlight 2018 - Christina Gaw

The Goldwater Scholarship is an undergraduate award for students who intend to continue research careers. What Christina enjoys about research is “its environment where both learning and teaching are occurring. All of my research experiences have been positive so far, and one thing in common was the team work. Everyone was willing to help each other understand the material and offer advice to solve problems. Being committed to a project or a lab can teach and highlight skills which may allow individuals to stand out from others when pursuing future opportunities.”
