Gingerbread House Contest

The LAST social of the semester is on Wednesday 11/30 from 5:30-6:30pm! The location is TBD, but will be updated as soon as we know! Please fill out this form if you are interested in attending!

General Meeting 6: Baylor Alumni Panel

We have an AMAZING panel of AED Alumni for our last general meeting of the semester!! Panelists include those pursuing MD, DO, MPH, DPT, and DMD degrees. Learn a little bit more about them here. Come with questions!! 

LSE Pay-For-Credit Opportunity & Fundraiser

As an end of the year fundraiser for AED, we are offering another large service pay-for-credit opportunity. We are raffling off a Grease Pit $50 Gift Card basket (you can choose up to 5 fast-food restaurants). To enter, venmo @BaylorAED $10 for 1 entry or $15 for 2 entries. (Subject for Venmo = Grease Pit Raffle)

  • 1 entry will count towards 1 LSE Pay-For Credit, if you have not already used your 1 allotted LSE pay-for-credit for the semester. The winner will be announced at GM #6! You do not have to be present at the meeting to claim your prize.

  • Entries must be received by 11/30 @7:00 PM.

PHP 2105  

Register for PHP 2105! This class specifically caters towards sophomores so they are able to access Baylor resources and learn more about what it means to be a prehealth student (this includes lectures with physicians, personal statement building, mentorship, resume workshops etc...). Through this course, students will reflect on what they are passionate about and connect this passion with tangible activities at Baylor and in Waco.

Future Thrift Store Fundraiser

  • Next semester, we will be holding a thrift store fundraiser for the mission trip and AED! We will need items to sell so while home for winter break, please collect any items you would be willing to donate! Kate and Danielle will be collecting donations so email us and we can arrange times to meet up and collect your items. Email us with any questions as well! This will be a campus-wide event and we would really appreciate any items you have to donate!

Outside Service Form

For those doing Outside service (previously approved by Ariana), the deadline to submit the Outside Weekly Service Record (which was emailed to you at the beginning of the semester) is December 7, 11:59 PM - Last class day. If Ariana does not receive it by this time, she will not be able to give you weekly service credit! This deadline has no extensions!!

Mission Trip IMPORTANT Information

  • Here I'm attaching the MISSION TRIP SLIDES with the interest meeting recording included (on the last slide). This presentation contains very important information, so please read it carefully and reach out to me or the mission trip chairs Victoria (victoria_agbeibor1@baylor.edu) and Spencer (spencer_tibbitts1@baylor.edu)  if you have any questions. 

  • We are hoping to meet the minimum number of people (12 students) to be able to go! *FINAL DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 30TH
