Membership Information
New AED Requirement
Except for the members graduating in December 2023, ALL members will need to be an enzyme at least one semester prior to graduation in order to receive a AED graduation cord. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding this new requirement.
Service
For those who have not filled out the weekly service sign-up form (not counting those doing Ascension/WFM), do that ASAP! I have texted/emailed those who I do not have, so please respond so that I can send the lists of volunteers to each of the service chairs running that organization.
I have updated the Master Spreadsheet with your volunteer sites for those I have heard back from! So if you think anything is off, please let me know as soon as you can. I have also put in LSE attendance for the two we have had so far. (Lexi_Haviland1@baylor.edu)
Once I have all of the responses to the weekly service form, the service chairs will be reaching out to you guys later this week.

Important! We have a recruitment event incentive this semester! For every prospective member you inform about a recruitment event, you will receive 1 raffle entry! The prospective member must list your name on the attendance sheet as we will be verifying their attendance. After our 3 events, we will give away a Merch Credit to one lucky winner! This is a super fun way to earn a social credit and possibly get some merch! :)
Hillis Scholars Application
The 2023-2024 Hillis Scholars Program application is open, and there are 3 upcoming interest meetings! Hillis Scholars is a scholarship program for premedical students that provides opportunities such as research internships, healthcare experience, faculty mentors, select speaker events, and a 1-on-1 physician mentor throughout your time at Baylor. Applications are open to sophomores and juniors, and the deadline is September 29th at 11:59 PM. AED Timetree Calendar
